This one of the oldest Apartment complexes. The interior looks good but the greater part of the exterior leaves much to be desired. Pretty nice and quiet.

Worst maintenance ever we just get apartment the AC is not working the guy his name is George the super is very nasty screaming in my face because I am a women said why you keep calling I will not fix it do whatever and its 90 degrees inside the apartment very nasty people

This is a run down garden apartment community. Poorly maintained, it used to be a nice place.
In the winter, they don't shovel the sidewalks, just the driveways and road.
The management is adversarial and argumentative.
Good luck getting anything fixed. They make promises they don't keep. Telling you they will fix something but never show up.
One of my neighbors cars was broken into the other night, and a car was stolen right in front of the rental office.
You'd think they would notify the other tenants to be vigilant and check on their vehicles, but no, they don't tell any of the tenants and just sweep the matter under the rug, hoping no one will notice.
I give this place a two because George and Lou are great Supers, but the management office isn't cooperative on most requests.
They aren't user friendly. It takes them longer to address your problems than it should, because they don't have enough people to fix it in a timely manner, and don't use outside companies to make the repairs.
It is conveniently located, but the negatives outweigh the positives, so if you have another option I'd take it.
