First they double billed me (I paid through insurance and they sent a separate bill asking for the same payment). While inquiring about that both receptionist and doctor were rude to me and accused me of being rude. Finally had to confront them with the proof of payment from the medical billing processor (Easton Med received the full amount I paid a month before this inquiry happened). I was surprised they had the audacity of having my money and asking me again for the same amount through another means. The doctor apologized only when I told her that I have proof of conversation with the receptionist (The receptionist lied/slandered to the doctor about my call). Wouldn't recommend at all for this kind of service.
