I deal with many contractors and have never worked with a company this size where everyone is courteous and professional, from field techs to office staff. The owner is always on the field every time I have issues within the buildings I oversee. Definitely happy with their service and I thank them for always responding on a timely manner and keeping complaints from my tenants to a minimum.

i moved into a new apartment Dec15th of 2018 and was a mile down the road from a great job. On July 16th 2019 I spotted bed bugs in my bedroom and immediately reported it to maintenance. R & M called me and said they’d be out on the 25th!? 9 days later? For bed bugs? I did what the instruction sheet told me to do...pretty much wash everything and bag it! Also removed all the outlet covers in the entire apartment. No inspector showed...just the exterminator. I showed him the videos I took and he told me I had to leave so he could spray and he’d be back next week for a follow up. When I got home nothing in the apartment was moved except the mattresses in all three bedrooms! I move to the sofa to try and sleep and stay away from the bedroom. He never returns to do the follow up treatment so on the 24th of Aug. I decided to move back into the bedroom. I wasn’t paying over $2100 a month to sleep on the sofa! I put fresh new sheets and pillows on the bed..within 30 seconds I was covered in them! It was a Sun night so I couldn’t call anyone. Took videos of the bugs, showered and went back to the sofa...leaving everything the way it was! I report the incident the next day and they return on 5th of Sept!!! Almost “10” days later to treat the apartment again? I show a different exterminator the video. then tells me I have to leave so he can spray. When I return?...it’s the same as last time. Not one piece of furniture was moved. Just the 3 mattresses! Yet he says he’s doing the entire place. For the next 2 weeks i stay out of the bedroom again and try to sleep on the sofa. Around the 20th of Sept I start seeing them in the living room and one in the other bathroom on the other side of the apartment. Now it’s turning into a major problem so they send the inspector out on the 25th! (5 days later) to see what’s going on! I show him all the pics and video and he finds nothing! Bed bugs are nocturnal! You’d be lucky to see them midday in the summer! He’s more interested in what I do for a living than what HE should be doing for his living!!! So he sends the first exterminator that was here back to do another treatment. The 3rd one!!! He shows up on Oct 1st!! Again 5 days go by!! And now I see them in my sofa!!! And he tells me not to worry...he’s here to do a more in-depth treatment and this time it will be fine. Again I leave and come back. Sofa is moved but about 6 inches from the wall. I check the sofa as best I can and I don’t see anything. I’m divorced with two teenage daughters and they came to stay that night. Their bedrooms were not infested because they never slept there more than two nights in a row. That night while watching a movie my youngest daughter starts itching her leg. I didn’t tell them what was going on...did not want to scare them. I go over to see and she has three marble sized welts on her leg. I pull her up off the sofa and there are bed bugs everywhere! I pulled the sofa away from the wall and checked everything and have video of at least 20-30. Now I’ve had it...I already haven’t been sleeping or eating and it’s affecting my job performance! After the incident on August 24th I stopped paying my rent! To make this story shorter...thru the rest of October I move to an under sized love seat to sit on at night...because now I wasn’t sleeping at all. They had to come out 2 more times to inspect and 2 more times to do a treatment. Finally at the end of Oct the landlord..who is upset about the rent..gets a new exterminator out here. It’s now the 29th of Oct...my daughters haven’t been back and the new exterminator treated the apartment. When I got home the place was turned upside down. I knew they did the job right! As of today Nov 8th 2019 I’m being evicted for non payment of rent. And They are making me pay for the 1st exterminator. I lost my job! My productivity dropped 50%! And now my home. They don’t know what they’re doing!!!stay away. Don’t let them ruin your life too..I’m a mess because of them! 113 days living with bed bugs ruined me!
