This floral shop, the staff and designers make the best arrangements in Fall River. The staff is attentive. The place is always presentable, as a flower shop should be. They are extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and patient. Yes, even with us guys. They helped me make the perfect arrangement for my fianc on Valentine's Day this year. She absolutely loved it. They are definitely worth the trip. Thank you all again for such a great service experience.

I can honestly say that I have had nothing but excellent service from this florist. The owner, Karen, has been wonderful and does such a great job Designing floral arrangements and funeral pieces. I order from this florist quite often and I have never been disappointed. All the recipients that I have ordered arrangements for have been very pleased. I currently continue to use this florist for my personal and business needs.

I live out of state and I've used Red Velvet many times in the past and have always been very happy with their product and service. I was in Fall River for a family event and decided to finally stop in and see if I could get a last minute centerpiece and WOW I'm glad I did. Karen, the owner, was an absolute delight! Not only did she whip up a gorgeous centerpiece, she also paired it with some gorgeous poinsettias. The customer service here is unmatched and the quality of the product is spectacular! I work in the events business and see hundreds of florists a year, and I would highly, highly recommend Red Velvet for social, wedding, funeral and even home needs!!
