I had seen pickup a listed a month earlier and when I lost my engine in cold weather it was time for an upgrade. The process was fast and easy and they shipped it to Fairbank.

I went by the Kindle Ford dealer (in Kenai at the time) on September7th and gave them a check for $500 to order me a new 2023 F150. The dealer moved from the Kenai location to their Soldotna location shortly after. At that time they told me it would be 4 to 6 months. In November they told me my truck had a build date of December 4th. I told him I would be out of state for a few months and they promised they would have my truck there when I got back. When I got home seven months after ordering the truck they had a truck similar but said it was not the one I had ordered. They ended up charging me an extra $2500 since it was not the truck I had ordered which they had not procured for me . They said they did not know when or if my truck would ever get to their dealership. At that point they could not track it or give me a delivery date. So I bought the truck. This is the fourth vehicle I bought from Kendall Ford the second one at the Kenai/Soldotna dealership I would not buy another vehicle from them as I feel they were not honest in their dealing practices. I would buy one out of state before I went back to the local dealer.
