Just wanted to update my review I give this place a 5 star thanks to the gm Mrs brandy this lady needs a raise bless her heart she is a hard worker not only does ahe care about the store she has amazing customer service skills without her being the manager I would probably never eat at another pizza hut again not only did she graciously apologize for a mistake that happend with my order that was completely not her fault she made my experience with pizza hut very positive she is the most professional and kind manager I have came in contact with the in food service and because of her kindness and professionalism I'll remain a pizza hut customer for sure thanks brandy! Your amazing

Went here back on New Years Eve in 2019 for my grandparent's 36th wedding anniversary as we were trying to recreate their first date that was at Pizza Hut with my mom there, and we were in town visiting. We ordered food and waited for an hour and a half. Kept getting told, "Fifteen more minutes, It's in the oven" as people who got their after us received their food and many to-go orders got picked up as we sat their for an hour and a half getting told the same thing, and all we ordered were two medium pizzas. Was very unhappy with their service, and very disappointed as the occasion we were trying to celebrate with us in town comes only once in a blue moon.

ThIs location is under new management as of March 2020 ... Buffet choices were plentiful, salad bar has definitely improved as they offer different items instead of the same routine items . Pizzas are made fresh to order and taste is amazing. Prices are competitive. Restaurant is cleaner , staff is friendly and most attentive. Delivery has stepped it up by offering extras , napkins , cheese , and peppers etc.
If it’s been a few months give them another chance and if your not happy let the RGM know and she will go above and beyond to make you happy because they really care about customer satisfaction
