Been a customer for over 10 years. They changed their communications system to notify customers of scheduled appointments. I havent received one in over a year. Calls to their office to ask for this to be fixed are met with confusion or lack of care. Tried changing email addresses but nothing works. Can still log into my online account.

Breda was able to schedule my inspection very quickly, and the tech who came out (Chris C) was very knowledgeable and personable. I could tell he knew what he was doing and was being very thorough. I compared pricing and options with competitors and Breda came out on top. Highly recommend their services.
