I have called twice and nothing have changed,cars parked on the side of the street for months with no tires, driveway looks like a junkyard,these people have place a basketball goal at the street curb where they play in the street.Cars parked for months that aren't operating because of repair issues. Trash in backyard and driveway,loud music.Multiple occupancy with several kids and loud talking and music.Police have been called out a few times.Lake Forest

Update: they have cleaned up the pool house and the pool is fairly clear. Looking forward to seeing many more changes.
This is the worst HOA management company I have ever dealt with. Check out some of the photos I posted...welcome to Summit Creek subdivision. Can I interest anybody in a dip in our beautiful green, moss covered pool. No, how about a game of basketball with a horizontal hoop that's broken with a crushed rim. How about a game of tennis without the nets or best of all are beautifully decorated pool entrance with essence of graffiti. When we're done taking a dip in the pool help yourself to a nice refreshing drink out of our molded, rusted drinking fountain. They have the audacity to ask me for my HOA payment.

We lived in the same subdivision for over 22 years, and American Dream Keepers was our HOA management company for the entire time. They went from okay, to bad, to practically unbearable. Every year we paid our annual dues on time, without fail. Whenever anything in the neighborhood needed Ken's attention , I had to call and email multiple times. We saw the quality of our neighborhood decline greatly over the years and we began to feel less and less safe living there. The public areas (front entrance, pool, tennis courts) were not maintained. There was vandalism & graffiti at the pool house that took many weeks to get cleaned up. Several times I was promised that the retention pond behind the pool would be cleaned. It was full of years of trash. After waiting on Ken to hire a team to clean, as he said he would, finally, a friend and I spent a morning and afternoon cleaning the pond and disposing of the multiple bags of trash. When I emailed Ken to let him know that concerned citizens had cleaned it up, he never replied with even so much as a thank you. We tried to remain kind & civil in our dealings with ADK over the years, but once we finally moved we felt so grateful not to have to deal with them anymore. Things could (and should!) have been so much better! I would caution anyone moving into a community with an HOA managed by American Dream Keepers-you will be disappointed and frustrated.
