The friendly & helpful staff. They were a little busy when I dropped my mower off ,but I was kept up to date on my ready time.My mower was fixed and cleaned, I had to look at it twice. I was beyond impressed. I really loved the service, and now I'm trying to figure out how to get my riding mower to them . I wish there was a pick-up service. But I will be back.

So, I got my riding mower to the repair shop, they assessed the mower, gave me detailed info on the problems, and gave (what I thought) me a reasonable rate. It took a couple weeks, But they called and told me that the mower was ready to be picked up, and explained everything that was done to the unit.
Fast forward one year and I have to tell you, that was the best investment that I have made in a few years taking my John Deere to Gwinnett Mower Repair. Total professionals, dedicated to what they do, and it shows in their work. And as a consumer, I cant ask for any more than that. Kudos to this team of professionals.

I'm very happy with this little ducked off spot. Very genuine people. I'm a single mom and with one on the way. Came in to get my push mower fixed hopefully. And after them taking a look at my mower I was got a good fair price. About $150. He also showed me mowers for sale. That were less (140, 130, 160, and more) and with a 30 day warranty too! I went with buying a new mower for 130 and giving them my old one. Couldn't of been happier with my experience. Used mower same day. Worked great.

It is true about this shop doing unauthorized repair work. If you read enough reviews youll find some complaints about this shop repairing things that were not discussed and not authorized to be repaired and were repaired anyway. Then, suddenly you're left with an unexpected high repair bill and their reasoning for doing the unauthorized work is very lame. Dont think that your complaining will help any; they WONT back down. First, you have to pay a non-refundable $70 fee that doesnt go toward the cost of repairing and then the high cost of the unauthorized work. So if they diagnose your issue and you decide not to repair, you wont get any money back. Save yourself the headache.
DO NOT use this repair shop! Youve been fairly warned!
