Worst Valentine's Day Ever!! Purchased a dozen roses last Wednesday to be delivered today. Was awakened out of bed by a phone call to received delivery at 9:30 p.m. Was very disappointed by the arrangement and time of delivery. No baby's breathe and very thrown together. Looks nothing like the one I picked out in their shop. Again very disappointed.. Have purchased several times prior with no issues at all. Will not be purchasing from them again.

I used this service and was not pleased with whomever I spoke to on the phone early morning of 4/10/24. The night before I ordered a last minute surprise for my mom's birthday and just wanted confirmation that it was received since it was off hours. I called just to get an idea of what time it would be delivered since she is at work and won't be there alllll day. Anyhow, the lady on the phone was very short with me and didn't seem pleased that I was inquiring about the ETA, I understand that work is demanding and stressful, but a 2 minute conversation won't kill you to be kind. I was still speaking when she said, " it will be delivered before noon" and hung up....I felt dumb on the line. Not the service I expected after spending over $100 on flowers, I used them because they were nearby, but won't happen again. In the end the flowers were delivered, but a nicer person would have made for a greater experience.

Smithfield City Florist created three beautiful bouquets for our family on very short notice. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and understanding. Thank you all for the beautiful flowers that are still lovely four days later!!!
