Great experience at this store! Mike is excellent. He helped us with a difficult issue very skilfully, efficiently and patiently. In the end when everything was up and running he even sent a follow-up message to check that the device was functioning. Would highly recommend this location and their awesome staff.

Mike, the store manager helped me get my iPhone replaced and then set up the replacement. He's very knowledgeable and patient when you don't know your passwords! The store us in a very convenient location/ parking right outside and no wait. Thanks for such great service!!

Great location tho best to know its there - not readily visible.
Michael provided attentive, patient customer care with the purchase of the new Samsung Note 7 - now being recalled. Bummer! Have loved it for the week I've had it!

What a great staff and store, they are very polite and go the extra to make sure you are happy. Definitely going back to this Verizon Retailer named Go Wireless in the future. Mike and Zak are awesome!!!!
