Displeased with my overall experience/visit. On time with appointment. At first he appeared to have a kind disposition, but then noticed his dismissiveness and undertone when l was explaining my childs long term and reoccuring history with throat related issues. I would have expected a thorough ENT evaluation to verify/confirm a diagnosis. It felt like he didnt want to be bothered with the headache of scoping a child.

I recently had a septoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Bergstein. He did an amazing job and I can breathe properly through my nose for the first time in my life! Dr. Bergstein was extremely patient, thorough, and clear throughout the pre and post op periods. His office was very helpful with scheduling, and he did several follow up appointments to make sure that I was comfortable and healing well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bergstein to anyone in the Westchester area looking for top notch care.

Terrible experience and if I followed Dr Bergstein's plan I could have died. Please Dr Bergstein, if you haven't seen a diagnosis, ask someone to see the patient that has familiarity. I came in with a swelling on my forehead. I received a treatment plan that did not tell me the urgency of my problem. Just say go to the ER. I eventually ended up in the ER with swelling both inside and outside my skull, putting pressure on my brain. Why didn't you tell me it could be an emergency?
