My aunt and uncle bought me a menorah offline from this store for a wedding gift. It was on backorder originally, however at this point it’s been 7 months, the customer service will barely reply to my emails despite having contacted numerous times and will not reply to any of my calls. The few email responses I actually have received aren’t helpful at all. If you would like to actually receive your purchase I would recommend finding it at a different store that can deliver on items and provide legitimate customer service.

I love shopping at Hamakor Judaica. My family has been customers there for more years than I want to recall. Recently I purchased a Tallis for my granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah and the experience was wonderful! She was treated with graciousness and respect for her preferences and our budget. I just purchased a menorah for our newest grandson and as always it was a pleasure.
