Its was fine, I do wish my other gal was still in Sioux Falls. She just explained things better and in a way I could understand. My tax person this time didnt do that and I gave up on asking questions because I could feel myself getting frustrated at how confusing she made everything seem (it didnt help that she would talk to her screen and not me so I could not hear her or read her lips) I didnt appreciate how BEFORE and AFTER I came the receptionist and my tax expert were outside smoking by the front door and complaining about another coworker. This coworker in question angrily left work because they heard the conversation. As I was checking in she came up and said Im working from home the rest of the day and left. (If I heard my colleagues talking poorly about me I would leave angrily too) The receptionist then began to talk to another lady while she was checking me in about how this coworker heard the conversation and left. Its not professional to talk that way in front of a customer. It is making me reconsider trying another location next year.
