I am so thrilled as to the level of knowledge , skill and professionalism this fantastic team have. Todd for HVAC services, Bill and Kevin ( I hope this is his name). Are amazing. I am so extremely happy to have this CB handyman service .bought the house new in 2017. Now getting a few things that need fixing and attention. Many thanks to the team. Very much appreciated

I am exceedingly grateful that Coldwell Banker has this Handyman service and to the men that have helped us. I didn't believe that old fashion service was possible anymore...but you knocked it out of the park. I called the service number Coldwell gave, talked to that person and made an appt with him that moment to have him come evaluate and fix our problem as needed. No charge on any labor, just parts.
My mother is elderly and I always worry about servicers who would take advantage of her. After several experiences now with Coldwell I can say I trust their program and I'm so glad we got a home loan through them.

Its midwinter, and my furnace died. Actually I didnt know what was wrong with it until the Coldwell handyman service came out and diagnosed the problem. It was quickly discovered that my furnace needed to be replaced. It was replaced within a short period of time for only the cost of the parts, saving me a ton of money! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Im warm and toasty again.
