So, i thought id use this dealer to fix my car and didn't think the reviews were true , being a local guy i figure put my money in the locals pockets , forget that . These folks will try to sell you everything you DON'T need and then when it comes time to get your car back none of the problems are fixed all you get is MORE PROBLEMS! read the reviews on this place ,,,, they suck . save your time AND your money and take it to Denver or CO springs . cause if this is your only option your better off just torching the car.

Don’t take your truck/car to this dealership to be serviced. Was told that my vehicle was “taking up too much room”. Wish I could give a lower rating than one star, a one star rating for this dealership is being generous.

I have had horrible luck with ALL GMC dealerships but was hoping something locally owned would be better. I can’t agree more with the other review below that I wish I could give zero stars. Do not come here if you are looking for fast service. I called and made an appointment for April 19th 2018 at 11am for my 2nd free oil change on my brand new Terrain (that I bought from another horrible dealership) I arrive at 11:00am on that Thursday and the lady didn’t know who I was and informed me that I was not on the books for an appointment. Let me add that I have to drive 45 minutes over a mountain pass just to get here! She proceeded to tell me that they won’t be able to get to it till after lunch at 1pm!!!! Hell no! They tried to squeeze me in but I was still here for over 2 hours for a damn oil change! They told me I had a recall for the radio and USB (which might I add this is my 3rd recall in 5 months). So I “scheduled” another appointment at 8am Monday April 23rd. I arrive at 8am sharp and once again I was not in the books for an appointment that I was told would take 1 hour. I am sitting here 2 hours later and have to work at 11am with a 45 minute drive ahead of me. Please please please do not waste your time coming here. They have no time management or care for how fast people get in or out and that’s IF you even make it into the appointment book.
I understand that some recalls may take longer than others but do not over promise and under deliver. I even slotted extra time to do this and I’m running over my extra time. Never ever coming back.
