Suzy and her staff have been a lifeline for me since my mother moved to the area. She has Alzheimers. Suzy has been an amazing contact for resources I needed. As an only child, it's nice to have others that can help me navigate this awful disease. Her company should be your first call to finding the care your loved one needs. She also has resources for healthcare and everything else!

Susy Murphy and Aging Well Eldercare has been invaluable to me and my sister as we sought an assisted living facility for our father, who fell at the end of August and broke his right leg near his hip. Her advice not only on where he would continue his recovery and rehabilitation, but on his insurance options and related matters, has made all the difference the past couple of months. And as he looks forward to transitioning home following his stay with assisted living, we will once again turn to Susy and her team at Aging Well Eldercare!

Susy Murphy at Aging Well Eldercare was so helpful in the past with finding an assisted living facility for my mom! I had a great consultation with her when I was moving my mom from Florida to Maryland as I was so overwhelmed at trying to find a nearby facility within my mom's budget. My mom is so happy in her new place, and being so well taken care of - and she is her less than a 10 minute drive away is which is wonderful logistically. Susy also recommended an eldercare attorney for estate planning and an insurance agent, who I also used, and were great. I highly recommend anyone in Montgomery County who is struggling to find resources for their elderly parents to reach out to this organization!

Susy Murphy of Aging Well Eldercare was extremely helpful to me and my parents as I helped care for them at their end of life. I am not sure how I would have managed without this professional help. Even if your situation is not complicated, there are all sorts of things to consider that you might not be thinking about - at the very least I recommend you hire them on a limited basis to make sure your paperwork (like power of attorney etc) are all in place and you talk about the future and plan for it. My parents did not think we needed help and they resisted at first, but then they were both so grateful for their peaceful , relaxed days at their end of life. It helped me worry less and enjoy them more as well. Susy and her team can help give you options as to where to live, info on nutrition and doctor visits needed and so much more . I highly recommend them!

My family leaned on Aging Well Eldercare (then Debra Levy Eldercare) in 2021-2022 for help with our parents who both needed rather urgent help for a wide range of different issues.
Aging Well was extremely helpful, patient, and kind throughout what was a very difficult time. This includes everyone we interacted with, from the senior leadership who calmly provided seasoned counsel about how to handle different kinds of healthcare challenges through the care managers who helped us with more specific nursing issues and site visits. Everyone was professional and great.
Relying on an eldercare consulting firm can be a tremendous relief for people (like me) who don't necessarily understand aging, gerontology, senior living facilities, insurance issues, and routine care for senior citizens as their health deteriorates. Aging Well was there for me and my family in some of our darkest hours as we navigated these complex and confusing waters.
