Dont recommend. We got them because the people who owned our house before got them. Everything was fine until they charged us TWICE for our mortgage. Put us in SEVERE overdraft fees. We are a young couple and a small family. I now cant buy DIAPERS for my one year old or even food. Waiting desperately for payday. When we told them they charged us twice they said there isnt anything they can do and acted like they didnt care. Part of it I get it because like applying it to our loan, but help us out cmon. Or even act sorry. I cant even buy my kid food.

I have been in real estate for over 25 years and have never seen anything quite like the poor quality from this company. In a nutshell the home buyer made an offer on a home that had multiple offers. Lender said the buyer was qualified. Home buyer sold their home in Johnson County, KS to a cash buyer. United Mortgage denied their loan after requiring 2 appraisals performed by appraisers that United Mortgage chose. Both appraisals came in at the purchase price but they denied the loan anyway because they don't believe the two appraisers they chose. Now Mr. and Mrs. Homebuyer are homeless. Also, United Mortgage charged Mr. and Mrs. Homebuyer $1,000.00 to do the appraisals and are now without a home. I don't believe I have ever left a negative review before but this is really unfortunate for these people and I felt I had no other choice to warn people of the type of company they would be dealing with.
