All staff are gracious and professional.
The room was well-appointed a good size and clean
The bed, assortment of pillows to choose, and linens were very comfortable.
Nice sitting area and desk.
Plenty of electronic connections are placed around the room for easy access.
Good and accessible location for us.
We will consider staying there again.

My experience overall was not bad, but not great or impressive to give it 4 or 5 star rating here.
I stayed 1 night at a regular king bed room. The cards didn't work to access the room and we had to do to two trips and still not working. I ended up using digital card and it worked.
The room has what you need, but very outdated. The coffee in the room was not good, not average.
My room was on second floor, facing the street, which was noisy.
Restaurant in the hotel closes at 10pm. After that you're on your own. There is a shopping area within may be 15 minute walk. But who wants to do that after 10pm. Otherwise you have to use delivery service.
Will I stay there again? Yes if I have to, but I'll certainly look for other options next time.
