      image When they notified me of a balance I already had two late fees which they refused to waive. Ignored emails and phone calls to clear up the late fee situation, while continuing to charge more late fees. LOL.

      image Fraudulent charges are placed on account and they dont remove them until you call in and then they dont apologize for the fees and continue to give you other ones. Vote to get this management company out if you can!

Although the charges were not fraudulent, they were misapplied.
