FUTURE TENANTS STAY AWAY!!!!!
After not having a stove for almost 4 months that works properly and there not being ANY gfi outlets in the whole apartment and the fact that the breaker box is from my moms mom is so dam old, also after the countless times my car has been broken into, to the cops never showing up, to the management team not actually doing anything, to the General Manager that has increased her salary by almost 20k but has not set up a good system for safety nor for security and its all in the new yearly budget that is sent out yearly. There are cameras but they suck and the front desk people have even said straight to my face this is what it is plus they dont check the camera for you when you are asked you have to have the cops there to get them to do that. Also To have other people go into my mailbox and take my mail and say its just trash and to hand it to the front desk. This will be the first and VERY last time I move in here to Park Sutton. FUTURE TENANTS STAY AWAY!!!!!

so as of today we have no property manager or maintenence ppl
they will be switching from barkin to an unkonwn management company. The temps have no idea whats going on. The ac was turned on friday and doesnt work here, and now with no maintanence ppl we are gonna be screwed. Its an awful feeling to have. good luck owners i think im out
