This is the worst agency I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The owner is ALWAYS too busy for clients. She even goes as far as too tell existing clients how she cannot speak with them.because she is dealing with new clients. I have never been so disrepected but she made sure not to show her true colors until after she got what she needed. My car shut off on the highway and caught fire and this women had the audacity to tell me she could not speak with me because she was attending a wedding. Erie is a good company this is just a bad branch too choose.

Worst experience ever Expect calls to not be returned in a timely manner and to feel like a burden rather than a paying consumer. This agent will ALWAYS be busy looking for new clients while leaving the existing clients in the proverbial rear view.

I was referred to the Labbe Insurance agency when I was first starting in my career. Mr. Labbe took his time to explain to me the benefits of starting a life insurance policy at my age. Being in my mid-twenties, I wasnt even considering it. I felt like I was talking to a family member giving me sage advice instead of an agent trying to sell me something. Mr. Labbe is very knowledgeable and while firm, is never pushy. He helped me find a policy that was highly beneficial without being financially taxing. Almost a decade later, my family and I are well situated should the worst happen and that gives me a sense of security that cant be bought.
