      image I needed the awnings replaced on my home after a storm. The storm knocked down a huge limb and the limb hit the roof pulling down the awning. After being with Allstate for 54 years my claim was denied.

      image I've been asking them for 5 years to fix my middle initial in their records from a T to a J. It still says T on my insurance card.
