All of my 4 kids comes here, I cant tell you have much satisfaction I am and with all my kids teeth they keep on shining and glowing everytime they smile, best customer service, great medical assistants and the doctor is just the best of the best, love the office, its a great place to have your kids smiling

Age One is beautifully decorated, clean, and very well maintained. The doctor is patient.
I scheduled an appointment for my 5 yr old because she was complaining about tooth pain. During time of scheduling via phone we were told that my child was not up to date on oral examinations/cleanings but what was not made clear was that an up to date exam and cleaning was required prior to any other services including the filling service my child needed for the cavity causing pain. The fact is the receptionist did a poor job communicating what she scheduled the appointment for why would i only schedule a cleaning if the appointment was for cavity pain ??? Staff spoke to me in a condescending tone. I am well aware of how medical appointment scheduling works and that the doctor has limited time. Once I agreed to sit around for an hour to wait for the doctor to have time the doctor proceeds to fill two cavities but left out the third one (the third tooth is the tooth we went in for initially) when I pointed this out she said that the two cavities she filled were in fact larger than the one we came in for WHY WAS THIS NOT STATED PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE SERVICE ??? The lack of communication is absurd. The doctor should have made it abundantly clear what services were being preformed but she failed to do so along with the rest of her staff. These medical professionals and their staff treating people like they are ignorant of everything is unacceptable. Whats also unacceptable is the low level of communication and then they acting like they are doing me a favor by fitting my child in needless to say i requested full records left my cash on their counter didnt even wait for the change. I will not be returning to this office, youre welcome Adrienne.
