The service I received here was amazing! It was the first time I did alterations on anything and it was truly a great experience all around. He let me do a same day appointment and got my pants back to me by the day I requested. He made sure all the measurements were correct and my pants fit me perfectly.Its safe to say I will never wear a belt again because I will definitely be returning for more alterations. Thank you! Mr. Mitchell is such a pleasant businessman to work with! I called him to see if I can get my dress hemmed for a wedding. Im petite so most long dresses will be too long for me. Called him on a Sunday and needed it by Wednesday since I had to fly out to Ohio for the wedding on Thursday. He was very professional and I can see how much he loves his profession. We had a mishap in doing a second appointment for the fitting since I was running late due to an emergency in the hospital I work at. We were always communicating and he was so kind enough to wait till I got to his office nearing 8:00 pm (I told him Ill be getting off at 7 pm). I felt super guilty but he understood my circumstances. When it was time to pick up my dress, I could tell he did great detail in hemming it. His prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely be coming back to him when I need my dresses to be hemmed in the future! Service: Alterations
