Hotel is closing and no longer operating in this location. Hotel staff was not helpful as I was told to look for another hotel a d there was nothing they could do for me. As a Diamond member, I didn't have the option for breakfast or even a food voucher, as it's being offered in other Hilton locations.

I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. Many amenities were missing or not working in the room. In the kitchenette, the counter GFI outlet was not working and I could not reset it. Since the boxed breakfasts had been stopped since my last stay, I needed to purchase food from a local grocery store and prepare it myself which became challenging since there were no paper towels or a hand towel in the kitchenette for clean up. In addition, there was no coffee available in the lobby on 2 mornings of my stay. The one box of tissues in the room had about a dozen tissues and there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. The full length mirror was missing in the bedroom (brackets were there). When I went to the desk to request items, staff were not available. While I understand these may all be cost saving measures during COVID, the email I received just prior to my visit did not reflect the lack of amenities.
