I have been a longtime resident of the Lenox Park. During the pandemic and thereafter I have had to address several challenging resident issues with Lenox management. I had the pleasure of discussing these home issues with the Assistant Property Manager Elizabeth Harvey. Elizabeth has excellent customer service and took great care to step me through a resolution. Her care, concern and humanism was just the best! What began as a very stressful situation for me, Elizabeth brought calm and presented possible options. As Assistant Property Manager she is truly one of the best the Lenox has had. Thank you Elizabeth Harvey for all that you do! It doesnt go unnoticed!

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Vanessa is amazing and helped me through out my whole move in process!
