In late 2022 and early 2023 we hired IKB for a major renovation of our master bathroom that involved removing and rebuilding the floor and walls, expanding the shower stall, moving and redoing all plumbing and electric. The short of it is, they did an outstanding job, were a pleasure to work with through both the design and construction phases, and we are completely satisfied with their work. The work was completed almost to the day they'd initially estimated, and there were no cost overruns or disputes. We researched a handful of other contractors and IKB was the most reasonably priced. We first learned of them through neighbors who had used and recommended them.
Here are some additional observations for those who want more details: Through the design phase, they offered a variety of options, and their CAD images provided a helpful visual sense of the these considerations. While they came with ideas, they were also very receptive to our design inputs and readily incorporated them into the final design. Their proposed fee was the most reasonable we received from the handful of other contractors from which we got bids. They were very good at problem solving to achieve desired outcomes. Everyone of their team was professional and pleasant to deal with. The quality of their work was top notch. And because it is such a visible aspect of a bathroom, I'll mention their tiling craftsman's work is outstanding. We wanted to incorporate some bold color tiles. That expert was able to make helpful suggestions for how to arrange those for very nice results, and his execution and grout work are just beautiful.
Prior to this bathroom renovation, we'd used IKB to build an externally-exhausting duct for our kitchen stove and also install the exhaust fan. They did this work quickly, affordably, and the result is great. They will be our first choice for any future remodeling jobs.

Rude, sloppy, didnt follow their own designs. Everything they installed from faucets to toilet paper holder fell out of the walls. Services: Retrofitting, Pre-made cabinet design & installation

My sister wanted to remodel her kitchen and upgrade the bathrooms in her home.
She asked my recommendation and she knows I don't normally refer companies. I referred her to IKB because I know the quality of work and the professionalism of the company.
Three plus years later she is still very pleased with the renovations that were done.
The bad review from a month ago, is a 10 year old job. Why would you wait 10 years and then post a bad review? Services: Cabinet design, Installation, Custom cabinet design & installation, Cabinet installation

IKB did a bathroom renovation for us and we couldn't be happier with the results! The project was more extensive than a typical renovation since it involved taking some space from another room and reconfiguring the bathroom layout. We had no idea how to envision the new space, but Robert drew up a great plan that maximized our space perfectly and gave us a ton of new storage. The work was done on time and on budget. While any renovation is unavoidably disruptive, they did their best to minimize that, and cleaned up well at the end of each day. It's been about 2 years and everything is still functioning properly and looks as good as it did on day 1. I highly recommend their work.

Innovative Kitchen in the Baths renovated one bathroom and one kitchen last year in my old home. Both renovations have stood the test of time over the past year. I waited a year to write the review to test the build quality. If there were issues, a staff member would come out to make a fix. There was service after sale. Moreover, the staff is very honest and will not steal from your home. This is very important to me as I had one previous contractor (worker) steal some items from my home. He was caught on camera. You can trust anyone from Innovative Kitchen and Bath to come into your home. I recommended the business to a neighbor who also went through an innovation with them. Another great job!
My home had a water leak and the staff at Innovative Kitchen and Bath came to help me clean it up and fix. They only did this because I was a customer of theirs. The saved money vice using a plumber. This was going above and beyond the call of duty and I will use this business for other work in my home in the future.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone looking to renovate a kitchen or bathroom.
