Really disappointed in this place. I called up today and was shouted at by the secretary. I calmly asked her to please not interrupt me and let me speak. They had lost the records of when my husband came with our daughter to get her vaccinations. They had also lost todays appointment, my husband was there with our daughter and they couldnt find the appointment that I had only booked in a week before when I took my daughter to get her vaccinations and this was the second time they had done this. To make it short, they are completely disorganized, rude, uncaring and I cannot recommend anyone to bring their children here. There are far better pediatricians out there with incredible reviews and this place has gotten worse and worse over the years. Customer service is appalling and the front desk staff are exceptionally rude. This is a practice that loses both patient records and appointments. We would never go back.
