The grounds are always in urgent need of being cut, apartments are way over priced, the manager Is not only rude and offensive but a creeper who sets up cameras to watch the women, the whole place is over ran with cockroaches and the management doesn't intend on doing anything about it.

*Pedro Rivera-Vilanueva is a resident at these apartments. As such, it is my sincere hope that no one I care about will ever be near it. I used to live here with my children. I used to play here as a child. This, a while ago, was a community hub of sorts for the area; the only place you could get a beer. I fear and pity the series of events that led to such a place as it has become.

Place run down bug infested places run down shit holes. Owners don't care about property being run down. They don't fix anything they just suck your money out from you. They don't take care of the animals they have roaming around there. Looking at old pictures of this place is nothing compared to the people that bought this place and ran it into the ground.
