Ms. Thornton,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is appreciated. I reviewed your appointment from 3/26/24 for your two pets. It appears that your appointments were made for 1:30pm and 2pm for two yearly exams. You were accommodated the same day that you called to make an appointment. You arrived at 1:15pm and were placed in a room. The doctor that saw you had a scheduled appt with another pet at 1pm that she was working with when you arrived. Charges began to be entered at 1:40pm for both of your pets. Estimates were supplied at your request for both pets which takes time to prepare. Both pets had samples that needed to be obtained and run. They were also vaccinated. I’m sure you can understand that ensuring that your pets receive a thorough examination by the doctor, an accurate history by the technician, obtain samples, and run samples takes time. According to our records, you were checked out at 2:45pm. We understand that your time is valuable and strive to offer efficient care, however, we also have to ensure that we are accurate and thorough in the care that is being provided.
