This was one of the smoothest car rental situations. My insurance company called and a car was immediately available for pick up. Upon returning the rental, once again wonderful customer service. Gustavo helped with a quick and smooth checkout.

Rented here while my car was in the dealer. After waiting 20 minutes for a car I was shown one that smelled like an ash tray. After objecting I was shown another that was dirty. Still trash in it from the prior renter. I could get it cleaned if I waited 30 minutes was the offer. This is a standard enterprise scam. Rent dirty cars, feint service while threatening you with a long delay to actually receive said service. The branch manager offered a discount but never delivered.

Raven and her team always give exceptional customer service. Jen showed me the options I had based on what I needed she was very helpful and accommodating showing the vehicles and answering my questions. Overall I had a great experience at this Enterprise, the teams customer service is always on point greeting you acknowledging customers and making sure everyone is being assisted in a timely manner.
