Ive been to Lululemon four times every one time it was the Shrewsbury location and that will be it. The first time I received no help, the store was practically empty and even a blind person could have seen that I needed help. The next two were sub par, the salespeople did the bare minimum. The most recent was a disaster, and the problem fell solely on the manager. Im not sure how someone can hold a job, let alone be a manager while using all of the brainpower they had (there wasnt much) to perform intense mental gymnastics to justify what boils down to poor customer service and frankly just laziness. I do like their socks, for whatever thats worth.

The store is great but unfortunately the staff can be rude. I guess they are people that need to be treated with respect. Maybe customers are not treating them with the respect they deserve

First time shopping at Lululemon and the staff was so helpful and sweet! Store was clean and organized. Will definitely be coming back.
