Don't hesitate to purchase your hot tub from LBI HotSpring Spas - these guys are the best!
Jack, the owner, personally came to my home to evaluate the area where I was planning to place my spa - and, although he respected my plan, he made a recommendation to put it somewhere else... and I am so, so glad that I listened to him. Jack then coordinated with my landscaper and mason and electrician to make sure that everything was lined up for seamless delivery. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Installation was a breeze - the LBI HotSpring crew took care of every detail.
I want to also acknowledge Amy - she was readily accessible and responsive and super-helpful through every step of the process.

I am so pleased with my hot tub buying experience using LBI Hot Springs! Amy gave me all the information I needed and walked me through the entire procedure. She is knowledgable, efficient and kind! The owner, Jack came to my property and suggested the right location to place the hot tub. He was super helpful. It was evident that he truly cared about our backyard project! Jack, his son, Jack Jr. and Brian came the day of installation. It went so smoothly. After installation, Brian came back and gave a tutorial on how to use the hot tub. Everyone involved from LBI Hot Springs was professional, meticulous and caring! Needless to say, my family and I are enjoying our hot tub immensely! Beyond happy!
