Absolutely LOVE this quiet gym; the atmosphere of intimidation is non existent! David has been helping me through post traumatic arthritis that developed after knee surgery.
He continously listens to my every word, pays close attention to the way my body moves and reacts, and is so knowledgeable about the body/recovery/exercise. He wants nothing more than to help me and get me back to the activities that I love.
The other employees at the gym, as well as the other members, have been welcoming and kind.
I highly, highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for personal attention and assistance when working to get stronger, recovering from surgery, etc.
