Just want to say how happy we are with the garbage service from Republic Services.
We have a difficult cul de sac to access, but all the drivers are diligent and careful in picking up bins. We pay for two yard waste bins, often the driver will get out of cab and reposition bins. We appreciate the care they all take.
Taking compostable food waste as well as multiple recyclables are terrific services not available every where. Plus, extra garbage pickup is always just a phone call away.
We've been Republic customers for many, many years (Rossman before that).

I have had a great experience with Republic Service since using them when we moved a year ago and I owe my great experience to Debbie in Wilsonville. Anytime I've needed a large container delivered - due to remodeling- she is quick to respond and schedules the container drop off with directions on where it needs to be placed. If I've ever had questions about extra trash pick up or if they could help haul away anything, Debbie is amazing at answering my questions and is always so kind and friendly when I chat with her. I appreciate Debbie and the drivers at Republic Service as they've been nothing but great and kind!

The reviews don't seem to be great here and I don't feel that's fair. People don't write reviews for trash pickup services unless they experience an issue. And if the issue is resolved, people take it for granted and no review will be left. Anyway, I've been living here for over 10 years. No issue at all. Only one missed pick up for yard debries throughout the years, but they picked it up a couple of days after I contacted them online. My trash can broke once, probably hit by a car after it was emptied. Republic services replaced it quickly with no charge. Great services deserve better reviews than they received!

Debbie in Wilsonville is absolutely the best! I get some of these reviews as I also had a very frustrating experience with their corporate office. However Debbie persistently called me back to resolve the issue and after several voice messages, I called her back. She was very kind and empathetic to my issues, and took care of the issue. Treat people with respect and be nice to them because unless you're going to take your garbage to the dump, you don't have a choice.

i pay 645 a month and i get charged 25 extra every pickup because somebody dumping in my dropbox.The lock on the dropbox does not work i called three times to have fixed or replaced .Nothing happened but i still get charged 25 extra every pickup. The worst company i ever had to deal with.It is the only company that have a contract with the city.so no choice to use another Service: Dumpster rental
