Literally the WORST place I have ever worked. Management is atrocious and they ALL need to be replaced. They don’t care for their staff or their residents, it’s only about the money with those women. The nursing and CNA staff is okay, no complaints really about them. If you love being gaslighted and verbally abused this is the place for you! I can’t tell you how many times staff witnessed others being threatened to be fired for little things such as; couldn’t find a babysitter for the meeting, being 5 minutes late to work, clocking in 2 minutes too early. Loads of stuff. The facility is disgusting and REAKS. They do nothing to try and help the smell. The rooms are gross and always have ants and they do nothing about it 80% of the time. Beds, blinds, curtains, bed rails, and so much more, will be broken and not fixed for lord knows how long. Oh and if your loved ones has bed bugs, only the room with the bed bugs will be treated and not the whole unit or facility. Literally disgusting.

Following a fall, my 93-year-old mother went to the Villas Total Rehab facility to regain her strength. We were so impressed with all staff, from administrator to all the wonderful nurses, therapists and aides. She remained for about one month before returning home. They had her stronger with better balance. They have such a well run facility. Mom enjoyed the staff, the equipment, and the food. Thank you to everyone that took such great care of her.

My mom's stuff was lost, stolen regularly and when in the hospital for a procedure her bed was given away. Certain staff members were purposely rude and hateful towards her. My mom's paralyzed completely on her left side and cannot even defend herself. But for the very few who treated my mother well I am thankful for you and your loving care.
