Considering the circumstances, our technician made a professional judgment not to run cables down the drain, as it would have been more costly for you and potentially ineffective, since the debris had nowhere to go due to the full septic tank.The technician then proceeded to repair your kitchen sink drain and, following his recommendation, you had your septic tank pumped on Friday afternoon.Unfortunately, the sink clogged again, prompting you to contact us for assistance. It is important to note that our company does not warranty any stoppages, as clearly stated in our terms and conditions, which are provided on the back of the signed invoice, of which you have a copy.When you called our on-call phone, our technician informed you that we could come back to unclog the sink, but it would be subject to overtime rates. We understand that you were not happy with incurring an additional charge, however, it is crucial to acknowledge that regardless of whether we ran the cables on Thursday as initially requested, the sink would have likely clogged again after the septic tank was pumped. This is because when the septic tank is emptied, debris may remain in the drain until it is cleared.We empathize with your frustration and regret that you feel unsatisfied with our work.
