All regions banks are the worst. I have to pay a huge fee just for immediate deposit, it says 1 to 4 percent but i always can expect to pay the absolute highest. And I accidentally overdrafted which I understand I have to pay the fee. 70 dollars of my hard earned money just for that. I know whoever owns regions is rich af from just mobile deposit fees.

I was with Region's Bank for 45 years. I had both checking and savings accounts with substantial funds in each. I talked to an officer about increasing my interest rate paid for both types of accounts. The answer was I can't. So I said I can take my money elsewhere. I pulled out all my money and went to Traders. No one EVER asked me why I was closing my accounts. Sad customer service and experience!!!

Great staff, Friendly with great custom service. My only wish is for them to except my deposit to another member through the drive thru. For some reason I have to go inside every single time. I make a payment to someone I know, they bank with Regions. I have two toddlers, so the convenience of being able to use the open drive thru service would be exceptional!!!
