Perfect stay 3 day business stay. Modern, clean, great bed, shower, very nice well displayed breakfast, safe parking, good location, other guest were pleasant. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff (afternoon and night) were both very friendly. The evening clerk was fun and engaging. She turned the fire pit on for us once we returned from our event. The room was very nice!

Definitely never staying here again. I came here for work, never been. First, I initiated mobile check-in. They charged my card THREE times for the deposit. When I asked about my mobile key, they replied I needed to come by the front desk and put a card on file for a $20 deposit. So Im like, no way am I paying an additional TWENTY, when you charged me FORTY 3 times. That doesnt even make sense. I told them to check the system, and they replied your Mobile key is ready. So are yall scamming???????
Im not sure what took place in 316, but it looks like someone broke in. Very off putting when your room is next door. This place is older than it appears, so Im not a fan. The trash cans by the ice machine, STINK! Its cheap so I guess thats cool for one nights stay. Like what should I have expected as a titanium elite member!
Anyway, I went downstairs for something to drink and the girl at the front desk was allegedly in the restroom. I waited for along time, and left a note about the items I got from the market. On the note, I specifically asked the girl to charge it to my room. I even saw her when I was getting on the elevator, and told her the same thing. I woke up this morning with a charge on MY CARD! Now, why would you charge my card when you have money tied up on a deposit already!!?? I feel like it was intentional.
I dont trust these people. Either they are scammers or not that bright but somethings not right here. Never again will I stay here. I dont care if it was free and came with a monetary prize! Im going to start staying at the Hilton. Marriott is beginning to be less than what Im willing to deal with. This place have signs everywhere about housekeeping, look at this bathroom. Towel has red stuff on it. CLEARLY NEED TO CLEAN EVERYDAY! Thats how permanent stains happen when you dont. Just Dirty.

Great experience with babysitters, they loved the lobby, the rooms were clean and updated. They accommodated our fantastically!
