Zero stars. Absolute WORST internet provider. They constantly mess up my account and try charging me hundreds of dollars every month. Every month since May I’ve had to talk to customer service which usually takes 4-6 hours because nobody knows how to do their job here. Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity on this sh*t service!

Internet is the only service I have. I haven’t had them a year yet. I pay for 200mps to find out I’m only getting 5.01mps through there speed test online. After calling twice a week for a month I’m cancelling. It’s the worst service out here. I’m switching to GOOGLE FIBER!!! Stay away from spectrum especially if u are a work from home. There solution is always “ wait for a tech” or “ bring ur equipment in and swap it out” still doesn’t fix the issues and ur stuck on there time. Basically they will get with u when it’s convenient for them but until then u are still charged for the whole month and ur without what ur paying for. I will never encourage someone to there service. If ur thinking about it STOP WHILE YOUR AHEAD!
