Horrible customer service. Bought three Iphones and one was acting up from day one. Went back at least 6 times and they kept giving us the run around. Never would fix or exchange the phone. I had to end up buying another one and paying a $25 connection fee. The insurance is a RIP OFF at $7 a month for each phone and it's hard to cancel.
The store in Seymour and the one in Sevierville are ran by the same owner. Please do business with other Boost stores.

This is the worst boost store I've ever been to. The manager refuses to run the store like every other location. He force new customers to get the more expensive plan for their first month. He picks and chooses which promotion deal to advertise and how long he wants to run it. Save yourself and go 15 down the street to a better one. Cause you will get ripped off at this one. Its not even worth the 1 star but it had to be there.
