Kaylene and her staff were great. We listed our house for sale, she knew the questions to ask and knew the answers to our questions.
Knowledgeable, smart, personable and well connected. A couple repairs were needed and she had people rounded up and things were taken care of within just a couple days. Closing went smoothly I certainly recommend her.

2022 was the year of Adventures in Health for me. Selling my home in Sequim was something I chose to do for my children, so that I could be closer to one of them if I might need their help.
John Glavin had been my Realtor in 2014, when I purchased the house, and I remembered him as very knowledgeable of Real Estate protocols and procedures as well as networked with many area service providers, contractors, cleaners and landscapers that we might need. He would provide information, guidance and suggestions, but I made my own decisions which he would implement in negotiations with potential Buyers.
It was an unusual time in the marketplace, several contracts came in but they each had issues that made us question the offer. Although we were ready and willing to negotiate, the offers just didnt seem to be the best deal for all concerned.
Finally, the fourth offer came in and it seemed very clear that this contract would meet the needs of all parties.
John kept me informed at each step of the process, allowing me to remain calm, even with a remote closing. So as friends of mine recommended John to me, I now recommend him to you.
