I am so very sorry to say that I must leave doctor Hult because recently he is so grumpy with me it is very difficult for me, also when i call my pharmacy for refills I don't get a response for weeks. He is a great doctor when he is normal. I realize he is in deep grief and I am sad to leave but feel I need better health care than I am getting at this time.
My heart hurts for him and am burdened greatly. I pray daily and sometime hourly for him. I do love him dearly.

The dr's are friendly and compassionate as are the rest of the staff. I don't feel like I'm being run through a place like Jamestown.

My Daughter went there looking for help. She has several medical needs she is diagnosed with PCOS and P.O.T.S. and has had spinal fluid leaks all of which require significant help. She was hoping for a caring and a effective Doctor. Instead all she got a grumpy old guy who claims she just needs to swim 20 mins a day and all will be well. She needs way more care then this. Maybe this was beyond his abilities because when she asked him questions he got quite upset. The building was quite outdated and inside was very disorderly.
She has been looking for a doctor in the Port Angeles/Sequim area and was told there was a 6 month waiting list for every place she call till this office I guess you get what you pay for... Follow up the owner of the office called and said he would make this right and he will see my daughter personally and try and help her.

They are understaffed. The exam rooms for Dr. Mathew have no sinks nor dispensers for antibiotic hand gel. He cannot prescribe certain medications which is very frustrating for patients. There does seem to be a communication problem both by phone & by Dr. Mathew completely understanding what the patient is trying to say. He is, however, a very compassionate person, just very unorganized. Seems to focus on his own agenda more than the patient's. He seldom looks professional. Dr. Hult, the other doctor within this office, is a very learned doctor and does stay on point by listening before he explains his findings. Also, there are some serious problems in the floor plan of the offices in how patients get to Dr. Hult's waiting room.......you have to traverse Dr. Matthew's patient exam area......not good. Otherwise it's okay for those who don't have any serious medical problems.
