Very easy to work with, very competent techs and back office. When it came time to install, that went efficently. When I thought I may have found an issue with installation the following day, it took one phone call and an installer was back at my home within hours. There was an issue, corrected quickly. When Ocean City added a permit requirement that itself needed a site-specific engineering drawing, East Coast took care of that for me and absorbed almost half of the additional cost of the engineer. We've used thems for years to replace shutters, do shutter maintenance when needed, and have never been disappointed.

When the hurricane shutter on the north east corner of our home failed to operate properly in the middle of hurricane season, we asked East Coast Shutters for help. They did their magic to make the 17 year old shutters work well enough to get through the season with no problems. They did a great job installing the new shutters as promised. They even came back several days later to check that everything was working well. Their product is great, prices competitive and service outstanding.
