After about an hour of extremely frustrating conversations with another auto parts company, we were connected to Big O Tires and Bryan Furse. Within minutes of stepping through the door, he was calming, informative and quite helpful. He reassured us that he and his team would do their best to get our issue resolved. After only 15 minutes he came back, informed us that not only was my vehicle in good shape, that my battery (which had died earlier) was in GREAT shape. Bryan took the time and care to do a proper test on my vehicle and insure us that it was safe to drive. His attitude was positive and as stated above so calming and helpful! Thx again Bryan for amazing customer service.

We had a flat, they fixed it way quicker than expected. Nice staff and Jay and Mark were very helpful and pointed us that several nearby places to check out during our short wait.

Mark and Charlie took great care of my tacoma. I had an emergency and they told me to come on in. They fixed the issue promptly and gave great customer service. Thanks guys.
