Dan Satchell gave us an estimate on 7/21/2021. I informed Dan we'd like to proceed with the work on 7/22. His text back to me on 7/22 said: "Great! I'll get back to you soon." Still waiting to hear from you, Dan.

Dan from Footprints Floors was very professional and great to work with for putting LVP floors in our basement. He was upfront with the entire process and great at communicating of what to expect. Got a quick estimate for installation but unfortunately after 3 weeks of ignored phone calls, I can’t get any follow up to schedule installation. Just empty promises.
