Marilyn Reyes did a wonderful job helping my husband and I with our taxes and my deceased father's taxes as well.
She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease with the unknown of the outcome and always kept us up to date on what was going on. Would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an expert. And Marilyn I will be seeing you again next year at tax time.

I've been a customer with H&R Block for over thirty years and I've truly never had an bad experience with them until today. I'm honestly not mad but I am genuinely disappointed. I have a daughter in college who I claim but in the past I was told by three different associates that her 1098 couldn't be claimed by me because it's under her name. In the past I trusted them because who would question someone that they have been doing business with for over thirty years. I had recently found out that the information might be incorrect and I called the Sebring location just to get more answers on the topic. I had spoken with Laura who had started to choke at the beginning of the call and needed a minute which I understand. The issue came when I was hung up on by someone else without so much as a heads up or even asking for a number to call me back. So after a few minutes I called back simply due to this matter being time sensitive and was transferred over to a lady name Marilyn. Her entire aura was off and she gave me the feeling that she was disgusted by me only wanting to ask literally like two or three questions. I had stated that I had a question and before I could finish she stated "is this going to be a quick question or do you have a lot because we're busy actually doing taxes". So I got off the phone because I felt discouraged by her tone and the way in which she spoke to me. I took a moment to gather my thoughts with a clear mi Ind and called back and got Laura again who answered my questions and did an outstanding job. I guess I am honestly just taken aback by Marilyn's response to me I found it distasteful and this is coming from someone who works in customer service. As a grown women I'm not to afraid to admit that the interaction made me feel less than.
