Jake is a complete jerk. Our neighbors spent well over 100k for Sikes to pave our gravel road. Not only did they do a poor job, Jake (owner) uses unqualified operators (hence why the job was done poorly). Upon complaining to Jake, he left me a voicemail saying not to text or call him again because I didnt participate in the road. Jake also pretended to be our friend (even invited me over for Christmas) likely to try and smooth over doing shotty work.
I would definitely NOT recommend using Sikes for your project. Service: Asphalt resurfacing

Our parking was repaved by Sikes. A mistake was made in one area of the lot. It needs to be fixed, every week we are told they will come fix it.
And nobody comes. We paid the entire amount of the bill, which was sufficient. We are very unhappy with this company..

Jake and team did a great job of seal coating and re-striping a 16 parking slot/ two driveway parking lot for my building which is being used by my tenants and their clients.
They also offered a great value in price. I would use Sikes Asphalt again for sure.

We were referred to Sikes Asphalt and contacted them for a small encroachment job. They responded right away and met at the site to do an estimate. They were able to work us into their schedule and the beautiful paving job was done in two weeks. We would recommend them for any paving job large or small.
