Made an appointment to drop off 2 samples. The lady that I had the appointment with was very pleasant. However I was told they forgot to give me another container so I have to come back again to complete the tests ordered. This will be the 2nd time I've had to return for an error made with not collecting the accurate samples at the time of my visits.

Service is always prompt and friendly. Lots of available appointments and I always get my results back in 1-3 days (maybe I'm just lucky?!).

Staff is wonderful and polite. Plenty of parking. My only issue is how long it takes to get my results back. They told me one week. It's going on 10 days and these results are important. There's got to be a way to fix this. It's extremely stressful. Also, can't get a live person on the phone. Even if you drive to a location to ask a question, you won't be able to even do that unless you have an appointment.
